Caramel Brown…

That's the color of the trim paint used on the body molding stripe and the wheels, with orange pinstriping over that, but there is no record of its formula anymore.

I'm guessing it is the same color as the Kraft caramel candy I used to eat as a kid. They came in a bag, individually wrapped, about 1" cubes, with one dark caramel for every 15-20 light colored ones. I bet this trim color matches those dark caramels.

I couldn't find them in any of our stores, so got on the Kraft.com website and called their 800 number. They can search for retail outlets that sell them, but wouldn't you know, they don't sell them in anywhere in Maine. Tried Monmouth County NJ where I grew up eating them, but no outlets there either.
