We've got a front seat…

Stopped by Leo's Custom Upholstery yesteday and was pleased to see that the front seat is about 90% done. Here's a photo of it. The fabric is Brown Bedford Cloth, as original, although there were a number of shades of this fabric so who really knows what the car had when it was built. The pattern is referred to as "suspenders and buttons", aptly named. Door panels will be next, but not until I can get the car into them so they will be a proper fit. Who knows when that will be? For the sake of my wallet, I'm glad I'm not restoring 4-dr sedan. :)

It's not fancy, but I think it will look good with the Martini Brown body and tan top.

Leo is like Ken Clark, a guy with the very best skills who settles for nothing less that perfection. He does old cars, but also many street rods, regular cars, boats, airplanes, etc.
